2,800 SF interior renovation and addition to a historic rowhouse in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington DC. hilo is working with the owner to design a wabi-sabi inspired home that fits within its historic context. The project scope includes a full-gut and renovation of the existing structure and a third story addition.
